Shipping Policy
We ship worlwide.
Shipping is free for all our products.
Note that you might have to pay additional taxes and duties upon the arrival of the shipment to your country.
Domestic shipping : Your Marrakech Chic products will be packaged and shipped within 2 to 4 business days.
International Shipping (Other than Canada, UK & USA): For all countries other than Morocco orders, your product will be delivred in less than 10 days.
For custom made products, estimated delivery is 6-10 days, but we recommend you to check in with us if there is a rush order.
Returns and Exchanges
For a full refund: The product you purchased must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You need to return your product within 14 days. If all these conditions are met, you will have to pay the return shipping costs and repackage the product as it was shipped to you.
Shipping is free for all our products.
Note that you might have to pay additional taxes and duties upon the arrival of the shipment to your country.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
Only regular priced items are refunded, unfortunately sale items are not refundable.
Items can be exchanged after 30 days
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Taxes
In UK, we go by the provincial taxing customs.
For international orders we don’t charge any taxes.
